A store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned within 14 days after purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
We are only able to process online returns if the products were purchased from senteursdorient.com.
Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online sales department by email at email@example.com
For reasons of hygiene, any toiletry item which has been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty.
Goods purchased as sales items or special purchases may be exchanged or refunded with a store credit only if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase.
Specially ordered products can not be returned.

Please include the following information in your email request:
- Your invoice number or a copy of the invoice.
- Let us know if you would like a replacement or refund (shipping charges are not refunded). We will refund the amount directly to the credit card account used for the original order.
- Please remember to include a daytime phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions.
- If you would like an exchange, a shipping fee will be charged.
